Your birth details are personal, and we treat them that way. Here’s exactly what happens to them.
What we collect
To create a reading, we use your date of birth, plus your birth time, birthplace, name and gender if you give them. A compatibility reading also uses the other person’s name and birth details, so please only enter someone else’s details if you’re confident they wouldn’t mind. That’s it, and you don’t need an account.
How your free reading works
Your free reading is worked out on the spot from the details you enter. Those details are packed into the page link so your result can load, and they aren’t saved to a database on our servers. It also means anyone you share the link with can see them.
How the paid reading works
When you buy a reading, the details it needs are sent to our payment provider, Stripe, as part of checkout. That’s how we rebuild your reading after you pay and keep your reading link working, so they stay in Stripe’s record of your order. We don’t run our own database of readings. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe, and we never see or store them.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t build advertising profiles from your birth details.
Analytics
If analytics is switched on, we record anonymous usage events, like “a reading was viewed”, through Google Analytics with IP anonymisation turned on. Your birth details are never attached to them.
Your choices
Because we don’t keep accounts or a reading database, we hold very little about you. If you have a question about a payment, or want your order details removed, email us at sajumate.net@gmail.com and we’ll help.
