Questions

The things people ask before they pay. If yours isn’t here, email sajumate.net@gmail.com.

Is this written by a person, or by AI?

Neither, and that’s deliberate. Your chart is calculated — solar terms, the sexagenary cycle, the hidden stems, the lot — and each section is chosen by what the calculation found. The sentences were written in advance, by us, for every possible result. So two people with the same chart get the same reading, and nothing is invented on the spot or made up by a language model. It’s closer to a very thorough lookup than to a chatbot.

What if I don’t know my birth time?

You can still get a reading. Three of the four pillars come from the date alone, so most of it is unaffected — we tell you on the page which parts are missing and, if the hour could change something important, we say so rather than guessing. If you find your time later, add it and the reading is regenerated free.

How is this different from my star sign?

A star sign uses the month you were born, and there are twelve. Saju uses the year, month, day and hour — eight characters in all, 518,400 combinations. The day is the part that stands for you personally, which is why two Geminis born a day apart read nothing alike here.

What do I actually get for my money?

The whole reading, on a page that stays yours: every section covering who you are, work, money, love and family, plus the traditional workings under each one if you want to see them. The quickest answer is to read a complete one — it’s free, and nothing is held back.

What does it cost?

A single reading is A$1.99. Your full reading, yearly forecast and love life together are A$3.99. The daily calendar is A$9.99 for 365 days. Prices are set in Australian dollars; at checkout Stripe shows most countries the price in their own currency, or you can pay in Australian dollars. All are one-off payments, and there is no subscription to cancel.

How does the reading reach me?

Straight away, on the screen, as soon as the payment goes through — you don’t have to wait for an email. We also email you a permanent link to the same page, so you can come back to it. If that email doesn’t arrive, the link works from your device’s list of readings, and we can always resend it.

Do you keep my birth details?

No. There’s no account and no database of readings — your details travel in the link itself, and the reading is recalculated from them every time the page opens. Stripe holds the payment record, as it has to.

Can I get a refund?

Readings are delivered instantly, so we don’t refund a change of mind as a rule. But if something went wrong — the wrong birthday, a reading that never arrived, a page that won’t open — email sajumate.net@gmail.com and we’ll fix it or refund it. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Is any of this real?

Saju is a real tradition, read in Korea for centuries, and the calculations here follow it properly. Whether it tells you the future is a different question, and we’d rather you treat it the way we do: as a sharp, occasionally uncomfortable way to think about yourself. It’s for entertainment and self-reflection, and it isn’t advice.
